Andre Gibson is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and serves as Executive Director of Avenues Recovery Center at Indianapolis. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati, and began his career in patient care working with the elderly population in long-term care settings.
After several years in long-term care, Andre transitioned into the field of addiction recovery, where he served as Executive Director of a SUD 3.5 treatment center near Louisville, Kentucky. He later moved into market expansion, playing a key role in launching multiple successful drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers across the country. Throughout his career, Andre has been dedicated to building treatment environments rooted in compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence. Andre’s passion for recovery is deeply personal, shaped by witnessing the impact of addiction within his own family.
Outside of work, Andre enjoys home improvement projects and spending time with his family in Cincinnati. He is also an avid college football fan and proudly supports THE Ohio State Buckeyes.
