Brenda Rosecrans

Brenda Rosecrans serves as the Administrator at Avenues Recovery Center at Norfolk, bringing decades of healthcare experience and a deep-rooted passion for service to her leadership role. A Virginia native and lifelong resident of Virginia Beach, Brenda holds a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and a Master’s degree from Troy University.

Driven by her own experience seeing friends and family impacted by addiction, Brenda is dedicated to ensuring that every patient at Avenues receives high-quality, compassionate care. Her career remains focused on contributing to the wellness of others and helping individuals reclaim their lives from the disease of addiction.

At the heart of Brenda’s life is her family. She has been married to her husband for over 40 years, and together they have three sons, three daughters-in-law, and several precious grandchildren. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys:

• Exploring everything from the majesty of National Parks to vibrant cities and tropical beaches.
• Boating and relaxing on local beaches.
• Dining out and enjoying quality time with close friends.
