Primary Counselor

Meghan Keating, BA, LADC

Meghan Keating serves as a primary counselor at Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin. She is originally from Connecticut but has been living in Roanoke, Virginia since 2023. Meghan graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, focusing on Substance Abuse Counseling. While living in Virginia, Meghan was a Clinician who worked with women and children whose lives had been affected by substance use. She moved to Swanzey, NH in May 2025 to be closer to family.

Meghan has worked in the Substance Use field for three years and is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in the state of Virginia. She is currently pursuing her Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) certification. As a person in long term recovery, she is committed to helping others in their sobriety journeys. She is especially motivated by the opportunity to support post-traumatic growth and witness clients rediscover meaning and possibility in their lives.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys hiking, being a “foodie” and gardening.
