Saul Rotberg is the Regional Executive Director of Avenues' two New Hampshire locations. A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Saul brings a rich combination of leadership, compassion, and dedication to his role as Executive Director at Avenues. With a Bachelor's degree in Talmudic Law, Saul initially embarked on a career in real estate, where he oversaw multifamily properties across the nation. This experience honed his skills in management and problem-solving, preparing him for his future roles in both emergency response and addiction treatment.
Saul’s earned his EMT certification at age 18 and began volunteering with his local emergency response team. Over the years, he pursued further training, becoming a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMTP) and eventually serving as captain of his squad. Through his work in emergency medical services, Saul developed a deep sense of empathy and resilience, inspired by the opportunity to assist people at their most vulnerable moments.
In his role at Avenues, Saul combines his background in management with his passion for service, using his leadership skills to create a supportive environment for clients and staff alike. His mission is to guide individuals struggling with addiction toward hope and healing, emphasizing trust and compassion in every interaction.
Outside of work, Saul enjoys a busy, beautiful family life with his wife and children. He loves spending time in nature, biking, and exercising, all of which provide him with the balance and perspective that fuel his dedication to his professional and personal life.
