Sheila Mann serves as the Operations Manager at Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Sheila is deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of those struggling with addiction. After losing two close family members—one to a drunk driver and another to a substance overdose—she developed a profound passion for helping others become the best version of themselves. She firmly believes, “You just never know the impact you can play on that one person’s life.”
With over 35 years of experience as a volunteer EMT, Sheila has dedicated much of her life to serving others. Her work in addiction treatment is driven by a desire to provide support, hope, and a path to recovery for those in need.
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys traveling, cruising, and soaking up the sun at the beach or by the pool. She is a proud mother of two grown children and an avid dog lover.
