  • 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline- A free drug and alcohol help hotline, they are available 24/7 at 988. They address mental health issues, substance abuse disorder, and emotional issues, and are happy to take calls from anyone who needs a listening ear. You can either call or text 988, or chat with a caring volunteer on the website.
  • NAMI- This organization aims to bring awareness and support to people struggling with mental health disorders. They also have a service where people who need support can call 1-800-242-6264 (or email info@naminh.org), leave a message and receive a call back from a professional who can direct you to programs, support groups, and other services.

 

Local New Hampshire Addiction Resources
