What Our Alumni Are Saying
I entered the 90 day Drug & Alcohol Rehab Center not knowing how to get sober by myself, nor how to cope with life. Avenues taught me ways to remain sober and deal with life on life’s terms. The therapist and the staff were very friendly and patient with me from day one coming in to the facility angry and strung out on my addiction, until the day I graduated as a new and SOBER me. I thank this rehab facility for saving my life and I can not give them enough credit for what they are doing for people. I would encourage any addict and help anyway I could to get them to Avenues.
Avenues is a good place for recovery and to learn coping skills on how to maintain one’s sobriety. The setting is calming and serene. The food is amazing as is the cook. All of the counselors here are very helpful and are tuned in to the client’s needs. The support staff is helpful as well when a client has a basic question or need that needs to be met. My suggestion on getting one’s best experience here is to come in with an open mind, give time to adapt and remember you are here for your. It’s your time to be selfish and get healthy.
Wow. Where to even start? Avenues has turned around and enhanced my life to a point that I never knew possible. The days leading up to being welcomed at avenues were the scariest, hopeless, most gut retching days of my life. The staff, the therapists, and the fellow clients at Avenues saved my life. It really is a family. All therapists and staff members have your best interest in mind at all times. They truly care about your recovery and your well-being. Added bonus: THE FOOD IS AMAZING. Natalie is by far one of the best chefs I have ever met. The property is beautiful and calming. It’s a perfect environment to get your head into the right space for recovery. I would not have traded my experience at Avenues for anything in the world. I am eternally grateful for the tools I gained at this recovery center and will forever be grateful for the new family I have gained. For anyone feeling lost and confused about where to start their recovery process at, this is the place. Without a shadow of a doubt. Thanks for saving my life, one day at a time.
