What We Do
Avenues Recovery Center located in Bucks County between Philadelphia and Doylestown is truly a one of a kind facility. We offer multiple levels of drug rehab and alcohol rehab to support clients in various stages of addiction recovery. Our primary focus is on our extended care outpatient rehab program, rebuilding clients throughout the stages, from helplessness through stability. At Avenues, we treat the whole person – body, mind, and spirit, you will receive personalized care in a clean, modern, home-like setting.
Life skills, wellness, nutrition, social acceptance, financial responsibilities, and family values are all key components of our treatment plans. As our clients progress so does the individualized care. The residential program style incorporates a few luxurious sober living facilities separate from the treatment center to remove the institutionalized feel of entering treatment. We also offer evening Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) therapy for our local clients.

Professional Track
Avenues Recovery Center of Bucks County offers a substance abuse treatment program specifically geared toward individuals who are licensed and/or monitored by a state body to ensure their safety and safety of the general public whom they serve. The Professional Track serves dentists, nurses, pharmacists, pilots, lawyers, and other licensed professionals whose addiction creates additional career-related concerns. These individuals will be evaluated by a clinician specifically trained in substance abuse treatment among this population and receive treatment in the company of other professionals.
Professionals often share similar issues – they have full careers and family responsibilities that may be in jeopardy — in contrast to younger clients experiencing a vastly different array of difficulties. Healthcare professionals, in particular, may have difficulty asking for help because they are accustomed to being the healer and carry a lot of shame and guilt in association with their addiction. Our Professional Track counselors will provide detailed recommendations for clinical care, a back-to-work assessment with recommendations regarding fitness to practice, and a summary for the employer, monitoring board, or other professional contacts where required.
